Combine ingredients and form into bars. They firm up nicely in the fridge. Note that the recipe calculates 8 servings, but the picture shown is really 2 servings. I couldn’t finish this whole bar so I decided to divide the recipe into 8 instead of 4. Note 2: Nut ‘n More has added fiber which makes these only 2 net carbs each. If you use “standard” peanut butter instead of Nut’s N More, nutrition facts may change drastically.
