Nutty Nanner Muffins

1 cup Flapjacked Buttermilk pancake mix
1/2 cup PB2
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup mashed banana
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 large eggs
2 oz chopped walnuts

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, before combining. Spray a cupcake pan with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 15-17 minutes. Makes 12 muffins: 103 calories, 10g carbs, 2g fiber, 6g protein.
