Hi Molly, Congratulations and continued success on your journey. I am new to your blog and know it will be of great use to me.. Can you tell me where to get the templates for your weight loss log. They are well done and would like to use something similar. I was just approved for surg by my insurance co. yesterday and i want to document and track my progress. Thanks for your blog and for sharing.

Hi Francisco, my weight log is just an Excel file.
