My Weight Log

“How much do you lose? How long did it take you?” These are questions I hear in the WLS community all the time. It is important to remember not to compare yourself to others, but for those who are interested, these are my numbers.

  1. What an interesting and informative blog. Congratulations!

  2. Thanks for sharing this info! My DOS weight was your starting weight here so seeing this gives me a little bit of an idea of what I can expect going forward. 🙂 Congrats on your losses!

  3. Wow! I can set why you said your blog was time consuming. You are very informative in your blogs and clearly great with numbers. BTW your progress this far on your journey is amazing.

  4. Love your site! I love your chart so much! My procedure it Nov 18 and I have been struggling with pre-op diet, cheated yesterday and your site has re-inspired me to focus!!!

  5. My surgery is scheduled for the 16th of July today is the first day of my pre-op diet and my surgeon told me that the first few days would be rough, and he is right, but this blog and the encouragement of my sister is just the little boost I needed. I am excited and ready to follow my surgeon’s directions to a tee. Thank you so much for this inspiring blog.
