Love your site! I love your chart so much! My procedure it Nov 18 and I have been struggling with pre-op diet, cheated yesterday and your site has re-inspired me to focus!!!

My surgery is scheduled for the 16th of July today is the first day of my pre-op diet and my surgeon told me that the first few days would be rough, and he is right, but this blog and the encouragement of my sister is just the little boost I needed. I am excited and ready to follow my surgeon’s directions to a tee. Thank you so much for this inspiring blog.
